Dr. Charles Rasmussen, D.O.

  Dr. Charlie Rasmussen is a family medicine physician with over 20 years of specialized training in Family Medicine & Obstetrics. He moved to the Branson area along with his wife and daughter in 2013 and has been serving patients ever since.  He received 417 Magazine's Top Doctor of the Year in 2018 and 2024. He is a fellow in the American Academy of Family Physicians which recognizes physicians who have distinguished themselves among their colleagues.  Charlie is a partner at 360 Medicine and helps staff emergency rooms throughout Southwest Missouri and Arkansas.  Charlie is also board certified in Hospice and Palliative Care.  It has always been his dream to own and operate his own medical clinic serving the community.  In his free time Charlie likes to be active outdoors with his family and furry kids, biking, skiing in the mountains or on the lake with his family.  

Hannah Forrest, N.P.

Hannah is originally from the Branson area. Her husband is a nurse in town and together they have one daughter who means the world to them. Caring for people has been a passion of Hannah's from a young age. Early on, she felt called to healthcare and pursued the field. Hannah graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from College of the Ozarks. She has a background in labor and delivery, as well as pediatrics. Hannah has worked in these specialties until she graduated with her Master of Science in Nursing from Cox College. Hannah is the sonographer and on the medical staff at Options Pregnancy Clinic. For fun, Hannah likes to bake cookies with her daughter, play outside with her German Shepherd, and going to the lake with her family.  

Leisha Baldridge, N.P.

 Leisha is a Family Nurse Practitioner with many years of experience in Family Medicine and Obstetrics. Leisha is originally from the state of Alabama - ROLL TIDE!  She and her family are avid football fans.  Leisha graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing from Cox College.  Leisha is happily married and has a son in the Branson school district.  You might have heard her husband playing the bass in the Dixie pre-show alongside his brothers.  Together they enjoy football, church, camping, boating on Table Rock, and playing with their boxer Tug.  

Sabra Pollard, R.N., Manager

Sabra is a Registered Nurse from the Branson area. Her background is in intensive care, step down, telemetry, and aesthetics. She is a local business owner and oversees Urgent Care of the Ozarks' social media and advertising along with various other tasks. She graduated from Southwest Baptist University in 2020. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. She also enjoys pottery, longboarding, kayaking, traveling and training her Belgian Malinois.
